Truck drivers are on the internet constantly and use it to find work. In order to effectively reach drivers, your job openings need to be posted on multiple sources. CDL BO manages all of these sources for your company. We adapt your advertising strategy month-to-month to ensure it as effective as possible.

Process

We will create company strategies, design, and copywriting for every candidate.
All candidates will be interviewed by professional recruiter who is native in speaking English, Spanish, Serbian and Russian.
All candidates will receive the information that you fill out in the Application and we will professionally conduct this on behalf of your company
We will check to see if they have what you require before we recommend them to you.
Every candidate will sign a consent with us for running the MVR or to process information.

Notes

Company that hires us will be responsible to pay flight ticket, airport transportation, accommodation or any other related expense. We always advise candidate that trucking company will reimburse it in first week of employment. Company must follow this.

We are not responsible for any damage that can happen to your business. We just deliver recruitment service.

If the employment last less than 14 days, we will provide a one time replacement and we will note this in the contract if it is abused.

Process

You will have a fully dedicated recruiter. Instead of training someone, you will have our recruiter who will represent your Trucking Business.
Our team will set up all for you. We will manage marketing, advertising and recruitment strategy and our bilingual recruiter will manage all on behalf of your company.
We will help you get growth.

Notes

3 months contract minimum required.

You will have additional cost weekly or daily for advertising budget. You are responsible to provide funds.

LEADS DELIVERY

$500 Weekly

This services is for those who have the staff to call and recruit. We will provide a list of leads daily or weekly, depending on your budget. You will receive full name, phone number, email and location. To generate these leads we will create a graphic design and copywriting for your ad and place it on various online channels.
